If all estimators were more professional, budget and other problems of the construction industry would be greatly reduced.

If you submit numbers on bid day - you belong in ASPE.

No Experience?

If you don't have the experience necessary to become a CPE, but you want to demonstrate your abilities and qualification to a potential employer you may want to take one of the Proficiency in Estimating (PIE) and Associate Estimating Professional (AEP) exams witch will be available soon. The exams are based upon your level of experience. These will be a great tool for both the individual to show what they know, but also for employers to gauge the actual skill of the applicant.
